Return and grooming Policy

Before confirming your order PLEASE make sure you have referred to the proper size chart for each specific item. All items fit differently and have different measurements. Each item is detailed with a sizing chart. If by chance you still order the wrong size, you may return the item within a 15 day time frame from the receiving date, for an even exchange or gift credit only, for later use!
If you have scheduled a grooming appointment please be aware of your scheduled time. There is a 15 min grace period for arrival. After 15 minutes late fee of $10 will be applied to your total.
